PRE-CARE INSTRUCTIONS MICRONEEDLING
- Minimize exposure to the sun 1 week prior to your treatment.
- Discontinue the use of retinols and topical medications 1 week prior to your treatment.
- Discontinue the use blood thinning medications such as aspirin, naproxen, fish oil, ginseng, turmeric/curcumin, St. John’s Wort 1 week prior to treatment.
- Avoid Ibuprofen 3 days prior to treatment. Acetaminophen is ok.
- Do not discontinue prescribed medications without first discussing with your healthcare provider.
- If you are prone to cold sores, begin taking acyclovir, valacyclovir/Valtrex the day of treatment.
- Please arrive with a make-up free, cleansed face.
